Vice President of Operations
Kara spent 8 years in social services for victims of family violence. During that time, she also worked for a transitional living program for young adults, educating them on life skills to become productive members of society. Kara worked as a receptionist and service manager for a manufactured housing company for several years before joining KidzArt / Art Innovators in 2004 as the first employee. Kara has helped KidzArt / Art Innovators keep organized through early and rapid growth. Her organization, problem solving skills, and attention to detail have helped mold KidzArt / Art Innovators into an international organization. Her role within KidzArt / Art Innovators is geared toward daily operations of the business, franchisee training and support, and internet support. A team player, Kara is respected by franchisees, staff and vendors who receive her assistance. Her knowledge, efficiency, and work ethic are a perfect fit for her role as VP of Operations.
