The franchise systems he has designed include compliance and support protocols, a series of financial and metric calculators, data reporting systems, and labor organization and management tools. He has written operating manuals, agreements, contracts, offering circulars, and produced extensive process documentation.

He has developed insightful tools to help both franchisees and franchisors become financially literate, improve profitability as well as measure and analyze the key metrics of their businesses.
