Next Tuesday, March 17th is St. Patrick’s Day! This is an Irish holiday that we celebrate annually. There are many symbols that we associate with St. Patrick’s day, such as the shamrock, the color green, and rainbows with pots of gold at the end of them.
St. Patrick’s Day Symbols
In art, symbols are used to depict an object, feeling, or idea, that is difficult to capture. Basically, they are a recognizable image that stands for something else.
