KidzArt provides weekly one-hour classes that are held right on the school campus. A new project is introduced each class and students will gain confidence in their skills within the first 2 to 4 lessons. KidzArt emphasizes the process versus the result which promotes self-expression and problem-solving skills.
Each session will touch on varied art mediums and techniques. All required art materials are provided and included with registration.
All withdrawal requests need to be sent in writing to dfarmer@kidzart.com. Please place “Withdrawal Request” in the subject line.
All withdrawals will incur a $25 administration fee.
Withdrawals with a refund will be processed up until the mid-point of a session. Any withdrawals past the mid-point of a session will be provided a credit for a future KidzArt Orlando program. All withdrawal refunds and withdrawal credits will be prorated based on remaining classes left in the session.
Apron, portfolio and t-shirt costs will not be refunded once those items are distributed.
Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance (i.e., sick days, vacation days). A pre-recorded and/or an online class may be available for that week’s class curriculum. Please be sure to contact KidzArt Orlando office to find out potential availability of these options.
KidzArt Orlando reserves the right to cancel a scheduled session as needed prior to the session start date. If KidzArt Orlando cancels a session, a full refund of the cancelled session will be provided.
If KidzArt Orlando is required to cancel a class due to OCPS direction (mainly resulting from a weather event), every effort will be made to schedule a make-up class (usually done as an extension of a future class). If the cancelled class cannot be made up for any reason (i.e., the cancelled class was the last class of the session) a prorated refund will be provided for that class.
