Camp Policies
Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for camp. No exceptions. We can always assist you with transferring the full amount of your camp registration to a different camp without penalty (pending availability) or place a full credit onto your account to use towards a future class, camp, or event. Credits never expire. We can not offer credits for individual days your child can not attend camp.
Inclement Weather, Missed Camps, & Sick Policy
We are sorry that we cannot offer refunds or daily credits for a day(s) that a child cannot attend camp due to illness, vacation, appointments, or for any other reason. Only in cases where studio must close due to inclement weather, we will place a credit on your account to use towards a future registration.
Studio Safety & Behavior Policy
It is our top priority to create an environment that is safe, positive, and welcoming to all students. Because of this, KidzArt Studio has a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, physical aggression, or any other display of dangerous or destructive behavior. Any child exhibiting such behaviors will immediately be removed from the session without refund. Additionally, any child that repeatedly exhibits behavior that is persistantly disruptive, disrespectful, or constantly fails to follow important studio rules will be asked to leave that day and/or asked to leave the remainder of the camp without refund. We thank you for your understanding of this important policy.
Late Pick-Up Policy
Since we often have classes or events after camp, it is crucial to pick your child up from KidzArt class on time. If you cannot arrive on time, please make alternate arrangements ahead of time (and notify KidzArt staff immediately of any changes to cary.info@kidzart.com). Any student picked up later than 10 minutes after camp dismisses may be at risk of incurring a $30 late pick-up fee. All late pick-up fee's must be paid before your child can attend the next day. Thank you for your understanding.
Important Camp Information & Release of Liability
Art can be messy! Please dress your child in clothes you do not mind getting messy. Half-day campers, please have your child bring a water bottle and a peanut-free snack. Full-day campers, please have your child bring a water bottle, a nut-free packed lunch, and two nut-free snacks. By registering for camp, you release KidzArt Cary & Cary Art & Design of any liability that may arise in connection with the studio’s art programs.
